What security features does your storage facility use?

We employ 24-Hour video surveillance of our covered and non-covered storage spaces. Each renter has their own passcode to access the storage facility.  Our storage areas are well lit as well as the gated entrance. The entire storage area is fenced in.

Do you provide electricity access for storing my RV?

Yes, our covered RV storage spaces include hookups for basic electricity.

What form of payments do you accept?

Payments can be made through our online payment portal using a debit or credit card.

What documentation do I need to store my boat or RV?

We require proof of insurance for your rig as well as a valid driver’s license.

What if I forget my access code?

Just call our office and upon verification we will provide you a new code.

What items are not allowed to be stored in the facility?

The following items are not allowed to be stored in our facility. Animals, perishables, stolen or illegal items, hazardous materials or combustible items. If you have more questions about specific items not mentioned please give us a call.

What are the terms of the rental agreement?

Do you offer access to propane?

No

Do you have an onsite dump station?

No

Can I perform maintenance or repairs of my boat or RV onsite?

Light maintenance like changing out a battery is okay. No fluids.
